Generally, in the first month of the year we start by predicting a period of great experiences, because after the end-of-year festivities comes the long-awaited list of resolutions, and with it, the parade of ideas and dreams that we have always wanted or that have just occurred to us.
The most common ones, of course, include joining a gym, getting to know new places, having new experiences, changing jobs or homes, and many more, and behind them come doubts, upcoming expenses, going back to school, getting back into a routine, and the new challenges we will face.
And while the month flies by and our minds are overflowing with new projects, it's also time to consider those goals that involve our spiritual life and our opportunity to change someone else's situation.
On social media, in magazines, and in articles of all kinds, we find motivation to plan our goals, and sadly, we find that most of these are focused on acquiring material things or experiences to brag about. Today, we want to invite you to enhance those areas of your life that may be forgotten. We want you to seek to strengthen your support networks, your mental health, your prayer life, and your generosity in 2024.
