SOCIAL WORK IN LA CEJA, ANTIOQUIA
Last November 30, the young people of Centro Sabana headed towards La Ceja, Antioquia, a municipality located 41 kilometers from Medellín; There his main mission was to work on the adaptation and cleaning of a pedestrian path for the children of the community.
Overcoming the overgrown grass!
The work began on December 1, all the volunteers were ready very early and with the energy recharged to transform this place that was full of weeds, little by little and after 5 days of intense teamwork, they managed to clear the path that from now on will be used by the children of the clinic to rest and have a moment of relaxation.
Not everything is trail work!
The young people also organized a special Christmas celebration, there they enjoyed with the whole community, playing and enjoying a good conversation that, without a doubt, taught them the true meaning of friendship, joy and simplicity.
Mission accomplished!
At the end of the week and with the satisfaction of their duty accomplished, the boys enjoyed a well-deserved rest visiting the Piedra del Peñol in Guatape ...
